New Features in AVA
Deactivating List Items
List values and Reporting Points can now be deactivated to ensure they can no longer be selected when entering new records.
This means that if a Reporting Point closes down or a list value is no longer valid, an Administrator can remove it so that a user can no longer see them on drop-downs when reporting new incidents.
Deactivated items will continue to be present for historic reporting purposes.
Set Start Page
Users are now able to set their start page. This is a user setting that is accessed from the sliding user menu, but it can also be set by an admin in the user’s profile area.
Part Complete a Triage Tab
You can now part complete a Triage tab and the mandatory fields only become mandatory when you attempt to sign it off, and not on save.
This allows you to part complete a triage and return to complete and sign off at a later time.
Unlock User Accounts
An organisation’s administrator can now unlock their locked users accounts, a task which previously required the assistance of Airsweb support.
It’s been tied in with password reset so that this action also unlocks the locked account.
Event Claims
A brand new Claims feature has been added to the product which allows key details of any claims made against Events to be recorded, as well as a log of all supporting correspondence.
The tabs for this appear in the same way as the Vehicle and Witness tabs, are permission driven, and can be added at any stage in the process.
Select fields can also be queried and all fields can be exported.
Increase password security and advise user of requirements
A password must now contain a capital letter, number and a special character. Users are advised of these requirements on screen.
Stop malicious file uploads
To ensure that malicious files cannot be uploaded to AVA, we have restricted the type and size of files that can be uploaded. Now only the commonly used document and image types can be uploaded and with a size limit of 20MB.
New Features in AVA Mobile
Action Tracking module, date and time pickers and translations
The Action Tracking module is now available and a new actions can be created.
Date and time pickers are now available throughout to improve data entry speed and accuracy.
