When raising an Action record it can be valuable to state what the root cause of the action is, for analytical purposes and also to give more understanding and context to the origin of the action.
Soon you will be able to do this in AVA, and analyse actions accordingly.
By adding the “Record Raised From” field to your Action form, we will have the ability to configure:
- Fields to show or hide based on where the Action has been raised from e.g. Show a Root Cause List field when the Action has come from an Audit
- The content of a list, based on where the Action has been raised from e.g. Only show Root Cause options in the Root Cause list that are relevant to an Action raised from an Audit
