An enhancement to the Point of Work module has been made which allows you to add a risk rating and level to a point of work assessment form so that the you can see a visual indicator of the risk level based on the severity matrix. Custom matrices can be added and configured based on the your needs.
The field has been added as part of the core form, with additional configuration options available to make it a mandatory selection or remove visibility of the field.

This functionality will soon be available as part of the mobile module. We’ve tailored the matrix options, allowing you to select from drop down lists to dynamically generate a risk level based on the matrix.
