There is now the ability to automatically send reminders as part of our Actions module in EHS. The functionality will trigger a reminder for Action Assignees 7 days before the target date is due, if the action is still open then the assignee will receive a secondary reminder 1 day before the target date is due. The reminder will be emailed to the assignee of the Action.
This functionality can be toggled on or off via the NEW Actions module administration page. You must enable the new actions module admin permission for the relevant permission groups.
Reminders are applicable for all records created after the functionality has been enabled.
