In our EcoOnline EHS system, we utilise the concept of record attributes, specifically the record creator and record updater. These attributes are relevant to all records within our various modules.

We are pleased to announce we have launched a self-service feature that enables you to classify this information as “personal,” ensuring it’s only visible to users with the relevant module permissions. The administration of this feature will be under the control of the ‘Module Admin’ permission, and it will be applied on a module-specific basis.

This functionality will be readily available and can be activated without requiring additional assistance.

You will also have the option to incorporate the notion of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) into other modules through configuration, with the assistance of our implementation consultants if necessary.
