EcoOnline has developed some exciting updates to both the Audit and Risk module’s print layout to address some key problems our users experience when accessing, reading and distributing records. Some of the areas we have addressed are:
- The amount of white space
- The number of pages produced
- The layout of the key information

Risk
A new standard set of formatting features allow users to decide the overall density of the pdfs and printed documents.
New table layouts, branding and header and footer options come as standard on the new style of print option.
Audit
In addition to the new standard formatting features, Audit includes an optional summary section that brings key information to the top of the document – scoring, consolidated list of all actions and sign off status.
The new design and layout controls allow users to produce clearer and more professionally styled pdfs and printed paperwork.
