We are replacing our Help menu with an improved solution to deliver an enhanced enablement experience for you. Our goal is to provide you with the resources you need to be successful with EcoEHS.
🆕What’s New?
The new EcoEHS Resources centre will feature:
- Interactive guides to walk you through key areas of EcoEHS: Home Page, My Profile, My Tasks, My Groups, Reports and the 9-Dot Menu.
- Over 45 Training Videos spanning 11 areas of our product allowing you to easily find and watch lessons that will help you gain a better understanding of EcoEHS.
- Links to our documentation on the web for even more information and resources to help you.
- Ways to share your ideas, get support and engage with our Solutions experts to get the most out of your EcoEHS subscription.
❓Problem Being Solved
- The previous Help menu featured long guides with too many steps, leading to a disengagement of many users.
- There was no easy way to learn more about EcoEHS using other media like videos without leaving the application to view the content on another platform.
🌟Why it Matters?
- Enabling our customers is a top priority – we want to ensure all users feel supported in learning how to use EcoEHS and reaching out to us for help or more information.
- Centralizing many resources into a single in-application source improves the experience for our customers by making it an easy “one-stop shop” for help and guidance.
🔑Key Details
- The walkthrough guides and text found in the menu sections of the EcoEHS Resources will show in the following languages based on your preferred language for EcoEHS: English, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, and Swedish.
- We are working diligently to translate the Training Videos into other languages and will provide updates in the future as we make progress in this area.
