Sometimes an Events record can be raised at the wrong Reporting Point. This could happen because the Reporter isn’t fully aware of your internal business hierarchy or perhaps you have a more Projects-based Hierarchy that is susceptible to frequent changes.
Now, our Triage and Investigator users can take a record back to “In Progress” and change the Reporting Point the record has been raised against.
Note: This feature may not be available for certain imported records, based on business rules applied.
