A favourite from the Ideas Portal (with interest from over 20 companies across 8 industry groups) and direct conversations with several users!
We had the ability to define a group of users and then assign an action to that group. Then everyone in the group would be assigned to a copy of the action.
Whilst this was a well received feature, many users told us that they often just want to assign an action to a few people on an ad hoc basis. The need to go to another screen in the product and create a group before creating the action wasn’t ideal and the need to create a group when it’s unlikely that the group will be needed again was a bit superfluous.
So we’ve added the capability to assign an action to a number of users at the point of creating the action.
Simply select Group Action, leave the Action Group field blank and select the users you would like to assign the action to!
