We are introducing a process to escalate overdue tasks in the system. This means you will now be able to manage escalations in EHS.

Take a look at some of the key features and benefits below:

Features

  • The ability to escalate tasks across different modules within EHS 
  • Email notification sent out to a designated escalation contact once the task reaches a specified date

Benefits

  • Escalations can be assigned to an EHS user or an email address
  • Email notification containing all the key details as part of the escalation
