We are introducing the new PTW module to facilitate electronic recording of business permits. This will allow a user to create, authorise to proceed, close out and copy (for handover and extensions) a permit, ensuring corresponding actions are verified by competent personnel along the way.

Fill in Permit Details including Site, Location, Validity period, Type of Work
Fill in Contractor Details including Company Name, Address and upload RAMS (Risk Assessment & Method Statement)
Multiple permits in one form – Ability to add multiple permit types under one permit record
Configure any existing permit type and associated questionnaire according to business requirements
Permit Issuer can review and sign the permit and initiate multi-level signature workflow by the issuing authority
Permissions – Ability to sign the permit at different levels with correct permissions. Can configure up to 3 sign off levels (by issuing authority)
Ability to print a PDF copy of the signed permit (by issuing authority) and do the performing authority’s signature on paper
Cancel a permit while it’s still valid/open
Close out a permit once work successfully completed and apply permit issuer’s signature
Copy permit – Ability to copy an existing permit and make necessary changes (utilised for permit extensions or handovers – link to original permit automatically created)
Basic analytics – Total number of permits/ types of work, Number of open permits/locations
