Hi, is there any way to highlight the “+” sign & icons on task based RA creation? The icons are all a light grey and at first glance look as though you can’t click on there. Also you are able to proceed to the review stage without actually having filled in the hazards and associated information, so can there be an error message to say this has not been filled in. A bit pointless a RA being submitted for review with no hazard assessment/mitigation.
