Overview
We’re introducing a redesigned print layout to improve clarity, consistency, and usability across the platform.
The first phase of this update will apply to the Audit and Risk modules, with the remaining modules rolling out progressively over the coming weeks and months.

What’s New
- Modernised layout structure for clearer, more professional outputs
- Improved grouping of information (e.g. hazards, controls, actions presented more logically)
- Enhanced readability with better spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy
- Standardised format across modules to ensure consistency regardless of workflow
- Clearer separation of sections such as controls, risks, and actions
- Optimised print toggles (e.g. inclusion/exclusion of content like unanswered fields)
Problem Solved
The previous print format created several challenges:
- Information was dense and harder to scan, especially for operational use
- Layout inconsistencies across modules led to confusion and reduced usability
- Important details (e.g. controls, actions) were not always clearly structured or prioritised
- Outputs were less suitable for external sharing, compliance reviews, or audits
Key Capabilities
- Structured, table-based layout for improved readability
- Context-rich sections (e.g. “Who could be harmed & how”, “Existing Controls”, “Additional Controls”)
- Improved visual cues (icons, headers, section separation)
- Consistent formatting across modules as rollout progresses
- Better alignment with real-world documentation standards
- Configurable print behaviour (e.g. hiding unanswered fields and sections)
Why It Matters
- Faster comprehension for frontline workers and auditors
- Improved compliance readiness with clearer, more professional documentation
- Reduced cognitive load when reviewing risks, controls, and actions
- Consistency across modules, reducing training and onboarding effort
- Stronger external perception when sharing documents with clients, regulators, or stakeholders
